Refund & Returns Policy

An order can be cancelled at any stage prior to artwork approval. Your approval of the artwork signifies your agreement for the items to be produced. Once in production we want to make sure that you are entirely satisfied with your order. Whilst extremely rare we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.

Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery. Should there be any problems with your order please notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. You can do this via telephone (0800 644 4838) or via email. Please either email the person you placed the order with or contact our accounts team: accounts@brightideaspromotional.co.uk.

So we can rectify any problems, we may request collection of the order so that we can inspect the goods, so please do not distribute any part of the order. If we request a collection please pack the items securely in their original packaging, and return the items to Bright Ideas Promotional. Unit 2 Sandpool Farm, Oaksey Road, Poole Keynes GL7 6EA . We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.

Once the order has been collected and quality-checked and we have confirmed that either the product or the print is faulty, we will offer to either a) rerun the faulty portion of the order or b) provide a refund equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order.
